Elmar Building, which is established by three businessmen from Ankara, will start to sell the apartments of Elmar Towers on April 18, which is constructed on Eskişehir Road with 650 million Liras of investment. There are 753 1 + 1 apartments in the project with 803 houses. Most of the 1 + 1 type of residence consists of gross 45 square meters of residences. ElmarTowers, which will consist of two towers with 50 and 43 floors, will be Ankara's tallest tower with 177 meters.
